The Joy of Orderly Living

Get Up Early: This is the beginning of orderly living. Go to bed by 10:00 p.m and to raise at 5 am

• Exercises/Yoga and Meditation: Practice to do Exercises/Meditation and Yoga for everyday 15 to 30 minutes. No age bar. Everybody has to practice this. This keeps body and mind fit and gives mental strength

• Good Eating Habits: Practice to eat more nature foods, such as fruits, vegetables, salads, sprouts and drink more water and liquids. Stop taking Junk foods. Maintain timely eating

• Punctuality: Be punctual in all activities and never be late for any work

• Keep you living place Orderly: This has a strong impact on your mind and anchors you to be more systematic. Not only that, others at home and office slowly imitate you and imbibe orderliness

• Memory Technique: Recall the entire day activities in chronological order for 5 minutes at bed time. This not only increase the natural memory, but also imparts your time consciousness

• Time for your Family: Spend time with your family at least 30 minutes daily and 3 hours weekly in good stead

Life is precious. It is worth living and it is worth living meaningfully

Personality Development

Happiness
Happiness is a state of mind or feeling such as satisfaction, pleasure, enjoyment, contentment. Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence. If you are happy in every circumstance, then your life will become so smooth and simple.
Motivation
Motivation is something that encourages action or feeling. To motivate means to encourage and inspire. Motivation can also mean to turn on or ignite the feeling or action. Motivation is powerful. It can persuade, convince and propel you into action.
Time Management
Time cannot be managed. Time is uncontrollable. We can only manage ourselves and make proper use of time. Time management is actually self-management. Time management skills are beneficial to determine the things you do are important and which can be dropped. Use your time in the most effective way possible.
Guidelines for Effective Communication
Communication should be occurred in a quiet place that is free from distraction. The person’s language and culture are taken into account and not disregarded. Communication should be clear, brief and precise. It should be well-planned. Meaningless and unnecessary words should be avoided. Message should pass through a proper channel. Take the receiver's interest. Avoid negative statements.
Affirmations
Developing a positive thinking is very important in life. We can achieve anything in life by positive attitude and affirmations. Affirmations are a declaration that something is true. To achieve anything in life, we need to boost yourself that we can achieve.
